We have expanded our care options to include a new residential apartment. The apartment has 21 one bedroom units and 15 bachelor suites.

 

The independent one-bedroom apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, utilities, satellite TV and internet. Tenants have access to communal, coin operated washers and dryers.

 

The assisted bachelor suites are fully furnished with satellite TV, internet, dinner meal each day served in a common dining room, weekly housekeeping service and access to Vision’s amenities (social activities, church and hairdressing service). Communal washer/dryer provided.

ROOM RATES

Room rates are reviewed annually and any rate adjustments are made in accordance with the Tenant Protection Act. Residents/responsible parties are notified ninety (90) days in advance of any change in room rates.

NUTRITION & FOOD SERVICE

One wholesome nutritious meal is provided to bachelor suite tenants daily. The Food Service Manager coordinates and supervises all meal preparation. Dinners are provided at 5:15pm each evening.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

It is the mission of the environmental safety service areas that Wellington Flats is kept safe, clean, in good repair, aesthetically pleasing, and odour free for all tenants, family members and visitors.
