We are currently looking for a few individuals to join our family as a Registered Practical Nurse. Working in collaboration with and reporting to both the Charge Nurse and Nurse Manager directly, the RPN is responsible for ensuring proper care is being provided on their respected home unit.

Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager and Director of Care the Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing and directing the day to day activities of all home units during their shift and demonstrates competence in nursing practice and provides leadership to the home in absence of the Nurse Manager and Director of Care.

Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the LEA provides support to Residents in their social, physical and emotional goals. As a member of the Program Department, the LEA consults with the Nursing Rehab Nurse in order to identify those Residents who would achieve maximum benefit working in LEA led programs.
